Job Description:

SkyGlide Airways is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Remote Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, overseeing social media accounts, and executing digital advertising strategies to promote our airline and its services.

Key Responsibilities

    • Online Marketing Campaigns:

      • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote SkyGlide Airways and its services.
      • Monitor and analyze the performance of online campaigns using various metrics and tools.
      • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to ensure maximum effectiveness.
    • Social Media Management:

      • Manage SkyGlide Airways’ social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
      • Create engaging content that increases brand awareness and engagement.
      • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
      • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
    • Digital Advertising:

      • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
      • Track and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
      • Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend based on performance data.
    • Content Creation:

      • Develop compelling and creative content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and video content.
      • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
    • Market Research:

      • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
      • Use insights from research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
